QUALITY CONTROL & AUDITS

A : We prioritize quality over all else. Choosing Japanese quality means choosing unique designs, meticulous craftsmanship, and traditional techniques with modern innovations, making it a top choice for high-quality jewelry.

A : Yes, we offer a 3-month warranty against manufacturing defects. Please refer to our terms and conditions of repair for more details.

A : Yes, we offer you grade A, B, and C products. All grades have the same function, but their differences are based on quality standards. The prices are likewise different based on the quality standards.

PRODUCTION

A : We work with a wide range of metals, including sterling silver and gold (22ct, 18ct, 14ct, and 10ct in yellow, white, and rose gold). Various alloys are also used, especially in costume jewelry.

A : We produce various types of jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, body chains, bracelets, bangles, rings, ear cuffs, charms, chains, anklets, brooches, hairpieces, cuff links, components, etc.

A : Once your order is packed and ready for delivery, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress.

DESIGN

A : Share your collection concept, brand story, design concepts, raw material, quality, and other special requirements. We will create a CAD model for your approval before starting production.

A : Of course, we can. We can use your CAD file (.STL or .3DM); however, the final product might be slightly smaller in size due to shrinkage during the process of casting, filling, and polishing.

A : Yes, a fee will be applied for remaking a piece if any modifications are made.

BRANDS & ODM MANUFACTURING

A : Normally, they are completed and ready to be shipped within 35 to 60 days after receiving the deposit. However, order lead time can vary depending on the order quantity, design complexity, material availability, etc. The custom design takes about 8 weeks from start to finish.

A : A minimum order is USD 3,000 (Three thousand US Dollars). For ODM, we require 30-50 pieces per design for silver products and 20-30 pieces per design for gold products.

A : Yes, you can replace the stones you like or change the plating colors from gold to rose gold. You can modify any elements without affecting the master model of the design.

A : Factory visits are by appointment only. Please contact us to schedule a visit.

A : Yes, we do. We can create custom labels or stickers for your brand. Please provide us the details you need to put on the labels or stickers.

RECYCLED METALS & SUSTAINABILITY

A : We manage hazardous wastewater such as alcohol, thinner, and vacuum pump oil, by sending it to specialized disposal services. We also use innovative products to clean water more effectively with beneficial microorganisms.

A : We use 100% recycled gold and silver in our manufacturing processes. All our suppliers hold RJC (Responsible Jewellery Council) and CoC (Certificate of Conformity), ensuring the sustainability and traceability of the recycled materials.

A : We offer both natural and lab-grown gemstones/diamonds, depending on your preference and availability. Each gemstone is ethically sourced and supplied with each quality you desire.

GOLD SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY

A : Yes, of course. We use recycled gold and silver in manufacturing processes and are committed to sustainable practices, maintaining fair relationships with partners and the environment. We aim to become a leading and sustainable growth organization.

DIAMOND AND GEMSTONE SUPPLY CHAIN POLICY

A : Our suppliers are RJC certified, which covers gold, silver, PGM, diamonds, and colored gemstones. As members, they need to conduct the due diligence on all their materials. Customers can request the sources of materials or copies of relevant documentation and evidence to verify this.

ETHICS

A : Yes, as a member of RJC and SEDEX, we adhere to ethical labor standards and social responsibility principles.

A : We have a strict policy in place to keep your information private and confidential.

A : We comply with the Personal Data Protection Act and ensure your information is not disclosed to third parties.

PAYMENT

A : Prices may vary due to factors like global supply chain disruptions, inflation, and raw material costs. We always strive to provide high-quality products at reasonable prices.

A : For domestic shipments, a 7% VAT is applied. International shipments may incur duties, taxes, port fees, customs fees, and any other fees, which are the customer’s responsibility. We cannot reimburse these fees. In addition, the costs vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office.

A : The customer is responsible for all transaction fees. We do not cover additional fees charged by banks for international transactions or provide a refund for any transaction fees.

A : We only accept payment by credit cards and bank wire transfers. Please note that you will be charged 4% or 5% for a credit card transaction. Customers should cover the transfer fee. Production will start after a 50% security deposit. The remaining balance is to be settled before the shipment. (Our sales staff will contact you)
