For silver products from our original products the minimum order is 30pcs/design. For OEM order the minimum is 50pcs/design. The minimum amount of the total is 2000 USD.
Do you accept custom made jewelry design?
Yes we do, the minimum order is 50 pieces by design.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. However, we will repair defective product.
We accept payment by credit cards and Bank wire transfers only. Please note that you will be charge 4% for a credit card transaction.
What about the payment process?
The production will start after a 30 % security deposit. The remaining balance is to be settled before the shipment. ( our sales staff will contact us )
