PRODUCTION PROCESS

09

Polishing

The final stage exposes the true beauty of the surface of a jewelry piece. The luster and gleam of light shine on the jewelry through our use of cloth polishing buffs and polishing compounds of ever-decreasing grit sizes. The jewelry piece undergoes cleaning and polishing to enhance its shine and luster.

10

Quality Control

Each jewelry piece undergoes rigorous quality control checks throughout all phases of production, especially in a final inspection, to ensure high standards are met before shipment.

01

Designs

We create bespoke designs tailored to your needs, based on samples you provide or original sketches we develop upon request.

02

Cad

A sketch of jewelry design become more real with 3D technology. The 2D sketches are transformed into 3D graphics using CAD (Computer Aided Design) software, allowing us to develop and visualize jewelry models before creation.

03

MASTER CNC

The 3D graphics from CAD software are converted into a touchable wax models using a CNC or 3D printing machines. This technology allows you to see what the final product will look like in three dimensions. It also enhances precision and accelerates the process by eliminating the need for manual carving.

04

Master Handmade

In this stage, the wax model is transformed into a silver master model through the lost wax casting process. Skilled artisans apply various techniques to refine a great masterpiece of jewelry model for production.

05

Rubber Mold

The masterpiece is placed and copied to create a rubber mold, ensuring accurate duplication for consistent production. At Well Field, the rubber mold is personalized, marked with your name, and securely stored.

06

CASTING

The final design is cast in the chosen metal. The casting process needs very good skilled craftsmanship to ensure a high-quality casting. Our professional team meticulously performs each casting by skilled craftsmen in every piece.

07

Filling

The surface of the cast piece undergoes a finishing process after casting. To remove the excess metal from the piece, the rough is first filed, smoothed, and finished using various methods. Filing is used to shape the metal and make texture on the jewelry pieces as well.

08

Stone Setting

Stone setting is a meticulous and intricate task that demands a high level of expertise and precision. Our team of highly skilled stone setters is experienced in working with all types of precious and semi-precious materials. They employed various techniques depending on the design and type of stones being used.

TRUSTWORTHY MATERIAL

METAL TESTING

To ensure that the metal used is authentic and meets the purity requirements based on the stamping or hallmark, we perform metal testing to accurately determine the composition of metals by utilizing X-ray fluorescence to evaluate jewelry items and analyze their elemental composition, ensuring that our jewelry pieces meet the highest standards of quality and authenticity.

STONE TESTING

We partner with suppliers accredited by RJC, WDC, or OECD, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of the materials. With over a decade of experience, our team is highly skilled in selecting pearls, diamonds, and gemstones. We are also trained by the Gem and Jewelry Institute of Thailand (GIT). For more assurance, we provide a service to customers who need certificates from certified institutes such as GIT, GIA, and others upon request.
